When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific release date listed on the product page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unopened media within 30 days of delivery. Please note that vinyl records must remain in their original shrink wrap to be eligible for a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
My vinyl arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your record is warped or the sleeve is damaged during transit, please contact our support team with photos within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, it is sent to our fulfillment center immediately. We are generally unable to cancel or change orders, but you may return the items once they arrive.
